Born in Colombia and naturalized in the U.S since the 90s, Diego has dedicated much of his life to simplifying things for human beings. From a very young age, he understood that there are always alternatives to improve processes, thinking not only in business productivity but also in personal productivity because this is what matters and that, by doing it in that order, it facilitates the achievement of achievements in organizations. Since then, he has made a radical change, leaving an important and prestigious position in one of the largest companies in his country to dedicate himself to one of his passions, which is communication; that is why, for more than 20 years, he has turned his experiences into conferences, motivational and inspirational talks, experiential workshops, which have been designed in simple and fun language to help more and more people in different countries.
Diego currently advises renowned companies in the countries of the Andean area and the United States, focusing primarily on service companies.
